不銹鋼電梯門套的生產(chǎn)制作流程!
1、施工條件:在要求的不銹鋼電梯門套安裝范圍內(nèi),已完成電梯安裝。電梯地磚和門石已粘貼;小門框與門洞壁的間隙符合門套安裝要求。

2、根據(jù)設(shè)計圖紙檢查門的規(guī)格、開啟方向及相關(guān)配件。

3、測量位置線,確定門框位置,用墨斗彈拉出豎線,門一側(cè)的兩條豎線。

4. 用沖擊鉆在垂直線上鉆孔。孔與孔之間的距離約為。門的一側(cè)有兩排10個孔。沖擊鉆的鉆頭深度應(yīng)該在6cm左右。

5、按照門的形狀將三個成品門框連接起來,用大釘子固定接縫。

7、將門放在不銹鋼電梯門套上并做好標(biāo)志,確定鉸鏈在門套上的具體位置,然后根據(jù)鉸鏈的厚度切割出線口直徑。還要切出鎖套的口徑。將門安裝在門套上,用螺絲刀擰緊鉸鏈上的螺絲。注意門與不銹鋼電梯門套之間的間隙不應(yīng)大于1.5mm,以門開閉順暢為準(zhǔn)。
7. Place the door on the stainless steel elevator door pocket and mark it, determine the specific position of the hinge on the door pocket, and then cut the outlet diameter according to the thickness of the hinge. Also cut out the diameter of the lock sleeve. Install the door on the door pocket and tighten the screws on the hinge with a screwdriver. Note that the gap between the door and the stainless steel elevator door pocket shall not be greater than 1.5mm, subject to the smooth opening and closing of the door.
